  • Applications for the 2025-2026 school year are now open.

Step 1: Plan a Visit

Step 3: Application Fee

There is an application fee of $150 per application to a maximum of $300 per family. This is completed online after you have submitted the application. Payment can be made online via Paypal, or e-transfers can be sent to: accounts@wrca.ca (please ensure the student’s name is in the reference).

Language Assessment Requirement: Should it be determined that your child requires a language assessment, this will be arranged directly with you prior to the family interview. The cost for the assessment is an additional $150 per student if applicable.

Step 4: Family Interview

When the application has been received and verified as complete, we will contact you to arrange a family interview. Students need to be present at the interview as well as both parents, where possible. This interview is an important time for us to get to know your family and for you to ask any questions you have about us.
Kindergarten Readiness Assessment: *Please note, in addition to the family interview, students applying for Kindergarten will be required to meet with one of our Kindergarten teachers as part of the application process.

Step 5: WRCA’s Response

After the family interview, you will be notified in writing of the outcome of your application. Note that acceptance decisions for the following school year are made in February/March, so if you apply prior to February 1 for a September entry, our goal is to contact you prior to WRCA’s spring break with the outcome of your application.

Step 6: Pay Deposit

Upon receipt of an acceptance letter for the following school year, a $200 non-refundable deposit per student is required to hold your child’s seat for September. This deposit must be paid by a Pre-Authorized Debit agreement and will be applied to the next year’s tuition.

Step 7: Orientation

We want to ensure that no matter what grade your child joins us, they have a happy and strong start. Age-appropriate orientations and buddy connections are in place to ensure your child feels connected even before the first day of school.
